This afternoon, in the Al-Sabeen District in Amanat Al-Asimah, a special workshop was held in the neighborhood sector for mobilization and neighborhood officials in the neighborhoods of Al-Sabeen District in the southern Al-Qadisiyah district in Amanat Al-Asimah. It was implemented by the Bonyan Development Foundation in coordination with the local authority in the district, with funding from the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in Amanat Al-Asimah.
The workshop, which will last for two days, aims to introduce 97 participants from neighborhood leaders and mobilization officials in the Al-Sabeen District in the southern Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood in the capital secretariat, to the vision of development work to achieve sustainable development based on God’s guidance and with broad community participation, to select volunteers and initiators, and to build their capabilities to be effective in serving their communities and to help and support the official and societal side (neighborhood officials - neighborhood supervisors...etc.) and the mechanism for selecting, nominating and training development knights for the rest of the neighborhoods. And the neighborhoods that were not included in the first stage.
In the workshop, the program coordinators at the Bonyan Development Foundation, Hilal Al-Qudsi and Muhammad Awad, reviewed the policies and methodology of the agricultural revolution based on God’s guidance, the methodology of the Bonyan Development Foundation, broad community participation, the revolutionary policies for development work, the priorities of the Supreme Agricultural Committee and the Economic Committee in food, medicine, clothing, and the implementation of community initiatives in the Al-Sabeen District in the capital’s secretariat.
They explained that the goal of this workshop is to properly select the development knights by the head of neighborhoods and neighborhood affairs, and train and qualify them to be agents of positive change in their communities, which contributes to achieving sustainable development at the level of neighborhoods and local communities.
During the workshop, which was attended by, the directorate’s public mobilization official, Ahmed Al-Sammad, stressed the necessity of choosing the Knights of Development well by Al-Aqal, Neighborhood Affairs, Mobilization, and the community side, who have the ability to have a positive impact in their communities and volunteer work, and who have the desire to work to improve the conditions of their neighborhoods and be an aid and support to the official and community side in order to advance urban development in all fields, noting... the interest in the “Purify My House” initiative in cleanliness, community initiatives, and the cycles campaign. Al-Aqsa flood and the Ramadan program in the directorate and working in accordance with the directions of the leadership to advance the agricultural revolution in the capital secretariat.
The workshop was attended by the head of the neighborhoods of the southern Qadisiyah neighborhood, the social community, and a number of notables, neighborhood members, and neighborhood residents.
